The KAPX WSR-88D radar operated by the NOAA National Weather Service office in Gaylord MI will be down for approximately 5 days for the refurbishment of the transmitter. The radar outage is expected to occur from September 25-29. During the downtime, adjacent radars include the following:

KMQT: Marquette MI

KGRB: Green Bay WI

KGRR: Grand Rapids MI

KDTX: White Lake MI (WFO Detroit/Pontiac)
