Overview

Snow began on the night of February 19th and continued into the afternoon on February 20th.  Periods of low visibility and heavy snow during the morning commute caused numerous accidents and slide offs on area roads.  Totals generally ranged from 3-7 inches in Wisconsin to 5-9 inches in parts of Northeast Iowa and Southeast Minnesota.
