...The Frost/Freeze Program for the Bangor Region has Ended for
the Season...

Frost and freeze headlines will no longer be issued for this fall
season for the Bangor region. This includes the southern Penobscot
area. After October 1st, frost is climatologically likely and
should be expected. Farmers and gardeners can still refer to the
froze/freeze potential in our forecast products until the
frost/freeze season ends for all of northern and eastern Maine on
October 11th.
