Florence Departs U.S. But Rivers Will Rise Further In Carolinas; Heavy Rain Continues In Midwest

Heavy rain has come to an end across the Northeast U.S. as Florence moves into the Atlantic, but major-to-record river flooding will continue across the Carolinas for days to weeks as Florence's rainfall makes its way through area river systems.
