* WHAT...For the first Frost Advisory, temperatures as low as 34
will result in frost formation. For the second Frost Advisory, low
temperatures around 30 in sheltered valleys will allow for frost
development. Open, flatter terrain will be slightly warmer, but
still may have frost. Taller ridges can expect little or no frost.

* WHERE...Fleming County.

* WHEN...The first Frost Advisory is in effect until 9 AM EDT this
morning. The second Frost Advisory is in effect from 11 PM EDT
tonight to 9 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
