Tropical Storm Edouard off the central Gulf Coast will bring tropical storm conditions and heavy rainfall to portions of Upper Texas and southwestern Louisiana coasts Tuesday into Wednesday. The weekly NOAA weather radio test is scheduled this week to be on Friday October 11th between 11 AM and Noon. This test is normally conducted on Wednesdays between 11 AM and Noon. We will return to this normally scheduled time for next week`s test, unless adverse weather occurs.
