A Nor'easter will bring significant coastal impacts to the Mid-Atlantic and New England through the weekend. Moderate to major coastal flooding, heavy rain, strong winds and high surf expected. Tropical Storm Nolo will continue to strengthen as it moves north toward the Big Island of Hawaii. Heavy rainfall may bring life-threatening, catastrophic flooding and mudslides through the weekend. ...Weekly NOAA Weather Radio Test To be Conducted Friday morning between 11 AM and Noon CDT... The weekly NOAA weather radio test is scheduled this week to be on Friday October 11th between 11 AM and Noon. This test is normally conducted on Wednesdays between 11 AM and Noon. We will return to this normally scheduled time for next week`s test, unless adverse weather occurs.
