Numerous severe thunderstorms are expected across a broad region from the Ohio Valley to the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast States today into tonight. Swaths of damaging wind gusts are expected and some tornadoes are possible. The weekly NOAA weather radio test is scheduled this week to be on Friday October 11th between 11 AM and Noon. This test is normally conducted on Wednesdays between 11 AM and Noon. We will return to this normally scheduled time for next week`s test, unless adverse weather occurs.
