WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.1 INCHES CENTERED OVER THE LOWER
OHIO VALLEY WILL MOVE INTO THE SOUTHEAST U.S. BY TONIGHT. LOW
PRESSURE OF 29.3 INCHES WILL MOVE FROM THE SOUTHERN CANADIAN
PRAIRIES THIS AFTERNOON TO HUDSON BAY BY SUNDAY MORNING. A COLD
FRONT TRAILING FROM THIS LOW WILL MOVE ACROSS THE WESTERN GREAT
LAKES SUNDAY EVENING AND THEN DOWN THE LAKE SUNDAY NIGHT AND
MONDAY. THE FRONT WILL THEN STALL JUST SOUTH OF THE LAKE MONDAY
NIGHT...BEFORE EVENTUALLY RETURNING NORTHWARD AS A WARM FRONT
MIDWEEK AS LOW PRESSURE ORGANIZES OVER THE NORTHERN HIGH PLAINS.
