A Nor'easter will bring significant coastal impacts to the Mid-Atlantic and New England through the weekend. Moderate to major coastal flooding, heavy rain, strong winds and high surf expected. The weather equipment at Northerly Island is currently inoperable. Technicians have been notified and are assessing the problem. However, it is unclear at this time when service will be restored.
