Overview
The F-3 tornado that struck Utica was one of 16 tornadoes in Illinois and 29 that included eastern Iowa and Indiana from the mid-afternoon into the evening of April 20, 2004. A dozen touched down in the NWS Chicago County Warning Area, with a recap of those found here.
