A HEAVY BAND OF SNOWFALL OCCURRED LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND IS STILL
MOVING QUICKLY ACROSS THE NORTHERN SOUTH PLAINS AND EXTREME
SOUTHERN PANHANDLE. SNOWFALL RATES IN EXCESS OF 3 INCHES AN HOUR
OCCURRED AS IT MOVED OVER SEVERAL COMMUNITIES.
