The Modified Red Flag Threat Index (RFTI Mod) is defined as: RFTI Mod = RFTI (A) + RFTI (B) where: RFTI (A) = relative humidity term (as determined by a climatological quartile ranking from 2000-2009) RFTI (B) = wind speed term (as determined by a climatological quartile ranking from 2000-2009)
