Tropical Storm Edouard off the central Gulf Coast will bring tropical storm conditions and heavy rainfall to portions of Upper Texas and southwestern Louisiana coasts Tuesday into Wednesday. Chuuk State is comprised of the collection of volcanic islands within the Chuuk Lagoon and some 24 outer-island atolls --some 290 islands total. Chuuk is the most populous of the FSM states, with 53,595 people (est. 2000) and a land area of 49 square miles.
