Unsettled Weather in the West; Marine and Coastal Impacts Along the East Coast

A series of Pacific fronts will bring periodic waves of showers and thunderstorms to parts of the Great Basin and Pacific Northwest the next few days. Swells, high surf, dangerous rip currents and areas of coastal flooding continue along much of the East Coast from both Humberto and Imelda. The cubicles are used by the Science and Operations Officer (SOO), the Warning Coordination Meteorologist (WCM), the Information Technology Officer (ITO), Senior Service Hydrologist, and other staff members to conduct research and other job related tasks.
