Tropical Storm and Storm Surge Warnings for the North Carolina Outer Banks; Heat Building in the West

Storm surge flooding and tropical storm conditions are expected in the Outer Banks beginning late Wednesday. Tropical Storm and Storm Surge Warnings are in effect.
