Increasing Temperatures Mid Week
A low pressure system will lead to chances for rainfall across the region on Friday and Saturday! This weather system will move across the southwestern US before approaching the High Plains Thursday into Friday. Cooler temperatures in the 50s to low 60s are currently expected. The highest rain chances are expected on Friday night into Saturday morning. Exact details are still uncertain but check back for updates as we get closer to Friday!

Beneficial rainfall is still possible on Friday into Saturday, with the best chances for rain Friday night into Saturday morning. The southeastern Texas Panhandle is currently the favored area for the highest rainfall totals. There are low chances that rainfall could be close to 1 inch for a few locations with this system, but there are still uncertainties in the track and speed.
