Dry weather and high temperatures in the upper 70s and lower 80s will continue through Saturday. This will lead to very nice conditions for an evening outing Friday or Saturday. Isolated storms could occur on Sunday, but widespread beneficial rainfall is improbable.
The latest drought outlook for the next 3 months suggests that drought conditions could expand in western Georgia. October being one of the states driest months and possible La Nina development in the Pacific are the main drivers of the forecast.
Low temperatures and rain chances for tonight across north and central Georgia.
Temperature and precipitation chances for tomorrow across north and central Georgia.
