Temperatures remain 12-15 degrees above normal through Saturday with isolated to scattered rain and storm chances each afternoon. A front pushes into the area Sunday with increased chances for showers and thunderstorms although the severe risk remains low at this time.

Drier than normal weather conditions are becoming more likely for much of next week, especially across Northern Georgia. While this doesn't mean rain is completely out of the forecast, there is likely to be less opportunities for meaningful rainfall.
