Multiple rounds of rainfall are expected to move across the area through Monday evening. An anomalously moist environment over north Georgia will support high rain rates (1-2"+/hour) which will lead to increased chances for localized flash flooding. Please be mindful of the weather conditions especially if you have any outdoor plans.

Numerous showers and storms will develop Monday from late morning through the evening. A few could become strong to severe, capable of producing damaging wind gusts across North and Central GA.
