Isolated severe thunderstorms capable of producing damaging wind gusts and hail to the size of quarters are possible this afternoon through early this evening.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms will remain possible through this weekend. Through Saturday, total rainfall amounts will average less than an inch across most of the area, but portions of south and east Mississippi could see as much as 1" - 1 1/2".
