Heavy Rainfall Along the Eastern Seaboard; Dangerous Heat Wave Shifting East Next Week

Showers and thunderstorms may produce heavy to excessive rainfall along the east coast today. The associated rainfall will likely create localized areas of flash and urban flooding.
