High pressure from the west coast to the southeast will bring above normal temperatures through Friday. Meanwhile, strong low pressure near the Great Lakes will bring rain and snow showers with occasional gusty winds. The MIC's functions:
- Make sure the office is running efficiently
- Responsible for all products and services provided to the public and Emergency Managers (EMs)
- Scheduling and personnel management
- Fill in as a forecaster if needed
