NWS State College Student Volunteer Program

We are seeking college students to volunteer at our office for the Summer and Fall of 2024.

The deadline for applications for volunteering in the Summer or Fall of 2024 is

Friday, March 15th, 2024.

The goal of our Student Volunteer Program is to allow the volunteer to gain experience in the operations of a National Weather Service Forecast Office and a River Forecast Center.

Interested students should review the flyer below, be prepared to upload a cover letter, resume, and transcript, and fill out the application form.
