Heavy to Excessive Rainfall for the Southwest U.S.; Watching for Possible East Coast Storm

Thunderstorms and a chance for some isolated flash flooding will continue today in the Southwest U.S. before an influx of tropical moisture from Priscilla brings widespread heavy rainfall and a flash flooding threat late this week into this weekend.
