Rainy conditions, warm temperatures for this time of year, and breezy southerly winds are expected for your Christmas Eve forecast.
Daytime highs will continue to land above normal for this time of year, especially for areas across Navajo Nation. Rain and high elevation snow are also in the Christmas Day forecast, but the only places looking to have a White Christmas will be locations above 10,000 feet. Elsewhere, a rainy Holiday is more likely.
Rain chances start Tuesday night and continue at times through at least Friday. Snow levels will be 9000 to 10000 feet through Friday morning, possibly falling to 6000 to 7000 feet by Friday evening into Saturday. Travelers should be prepared for wet driving conditions, with a chance of snow at higher elevations by Friday or Saturday.
