Widespread freezing temperatures throughout New Mexico tonight. Temperatures in eastern New Mexico will be 5 to 12 degrees below average for this time of year. Temperatures in western and central areas will be near seasonal averages.
Dry weather is forecast through the next five days. Temperatures will generally run near to above average.
An approaching Pacific storm system will bring end to the warm and dry weather this upcoming weekend. There are two main solutions that may happen: a slower, cooler, and snowier southern track, or a faster, drier and warmer northerly track.
