There is a 'Marginal Risk' of severe storms over northeast and east- central NM Monday. Damaging winds, large hail, and heavy rainfall are the primary threats.

Temperatures will increase to the upper 90s and low 100s through the end of the week. This extended period of very hot weather will elevate the risk for heat-related illnesses.
