Severe Thunderstorms Likely in the Central U.S.; Flooding Possible for portions of Oklahoma/Texas/Arkansas and the Marianas.

Severe thunderstorms are likely from the southern Plains to the Midwest through Friday. Large hail, damaging winds, and tornadoes are all possible. An Enhanced (level 3 of 5) risk is in effect.
