A Pacific storm system will continue to bring low elevation rain and mountain snow to much of the West through Wednesday, with heavy mountain snow expected in the higher elevations of the Sierra Nevada. A large low pressure system moved a cold frontal rain band through Pennsylvania for the end of November and first day of December. This storm produced large amounts of rain, and caused widespread flooding.
