A significant heat wave continues for the Rockies, Northern Plains, and Great Lakes into the Mid-Atlantic, peaking in intensity through midweek and lingering across parts of the Northern Plains and Midwest until this weekend. Overview

On November 27-28, 2014, a Nor’easter impacted central Pennsylvania, bringing up to a foot of snow in some locations as well as a band of snow squalls during the early morning of November 28th in south-central PA. This storm created widespread hazardous conditions as many traveled for the Thanksgiving holiday.
