Scattered showers will continue to track across the Commonwealth
tonight, with a few isolated strong to marginally severe
thunderstorms possible across southern Pennsylvania during the
evening hours. Overnight lows will range from the upper 30s and
lower 40s across the Northern Tier, to the mid to upper 50s toward
the Pittsburgh metro area.
Intermittent rain showers and isolated thunderstorms will persist
through the remainder of the work week. Thursday will be
noticeably cooler across the eastern half of the state, with a
return to well-above normal temperatures to close out the week. A
cold front is forecast to move across Pennsylvania on Easter
Sunday, possibly accompanied by a band of showers and storms,
followed by seasonably cool temperatures to start the first full
week of April.
