Temperatures will continue to be on the rise under the influence of an upper level high. Temperatures will climb into the mid and upper 90s through tomorrow. A few locations may briefly hit 100. Heat indices will also reach into the triple digits. Stay cool out there!
A weak cold front will bring temperatures back to near normal heading into next week, along with a return of rain chances. Scattered showers and storms may accompany the front into North Texas Sunday evening into Monday morning, with additional rain chances lingering through midweek.
