Moderate to Heavy Lake Effect Snow; Unsettled Weather for the West

Moderate to heavy lake-effect snow and gusty winds will continue Friday downwind of the Lake Ontario. The combination of heavy snow and gusty winds will bring hazardous driving conditions.
