A Flood Watch is in effect through Friday. Flooding is especially hazardous at night. Do not drive across flooded roads!

Periods of showers and thunderstorms are expected to continue across portions of Southeast Texas today and tonight. There is the potential for heavy rainfall and could result in flash flooding as well as river flooding. Some thunderstorms could be strong to severe and may produce damaging winds, hail and isolated tornadoes. Make sure to have multiple ways of receiving weather updates and warnings.
