Some late afternoon breezes will develop across portions of New Mexico today while temperatures warm up a few to several degrees.
A few showers or mountain snow showers are possible across northern New Mexico Sunday as a weak upper trough moves through the northern third of the state. Breezy to locally windy northwest winds are expected areawide during the afternoon.
Another Pacific low will enter the region for Tue. and Wed., but everything depends on the track. A slower more northerly track will enhance snowfall over the northern mtns. A quicker track to the north will limit snowfall totals over the northern mtns. A fast southerly track really restricts snowfall over the northern mtns and brings better rain chances to southern locations of NM. Stay up-to- date as this forecast evolves over the weekend and Monday.
