Clouds will increase over northern NM tonight with light snow expected along west facing slopes by sunrise. Temperatures will be 5 to 10 degrees below normal.
A quick moving system will bring light snow to northern New Mexico on Sunday morning. Generally an inch or two of snow is possible.
Very dry air with clear skies and light winds will lead to some of the coldest low temperatures since late January for much of the area Monday morning.
Temperature swings will be common over the next week. Cooler temperatures today and Sunday will be followed by a quick warm-up, then another cool down as another storm system impacts the state.
