High temperatures will range from the 70's to the 80's and 90's today. Dry and breezy weather will prevail in western New Mexico while eastern areas observe more moisture with scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms.
Fast-moving storms over eastern New Mexico may be strong to severe on Saturday. Brief heavy downpours along with damaging hail and severe wind gusts will be possible during the afternoon and early evening hours.
