Atmospheric conditions are expected to favor high ozone pollution levels across Houston, Galveston, and surrounding areas through Friday evening. You should limit driving or carpooling, restrict outdoor activities to early or late in the day, and be aware that conditions are unhealthy for sensitive groups.

Clear skies with low temperatures in the 50s/60s. Light and variable winds.

Mostly sunny with high temperatures in the low to mid 80s. Light east to southeast winds around 5-10 mph.

We can expect warm and dry conditions throughout the week as high pressure sits over our region. By the latter half of the week, highs are likely to peak near the mid to upper 80s. Rain chances return early next week.
