A Flood Watch is in effect through Thursday morning for portions of Southeast Texas. Heavy rain may lead to flooding on roadways, in low-lying areas and in rivers/creeks.

⚠️ Flash Flood Risk

HGX Dual Pol Radar shows 2-6 inches of rainfall across the eastern portions of Southeast Texas, associated with Tropical Depression Edouard's rainbands. Additional feeder bands are expected through Thursday morning. Additional 2-6 inches with isolated amounts of 10-12 inches are possible across the Piney Woods through Thursday morning.

Winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph associated with Tropical Depression Edouard's rainbands. A Wind Advisory is in effect for Houston and Trinity Counties until 7 pm this evening.
