A storm system is expected to bring strong winds, widespread heavy rainfall, and flooding concerns to the Hawaiian Islands through the weekend. A new system is set to move across Texas Friday and will be our next chance for showers and thunderstorms. Currently the best timing for these storms looks to be around Friday morning into afternoon. Moderate to heavy rainfall looks possible with these storms with currently a 10 to 30% chance of seeing an inch or greater.
