A Flood Watch has been issued for most of southeast Texas through Thursday morning.
Periods of heavy showers and thunderstorms are likely over the next several days. The risk of heavy rainfall and flooding includes the entire region. However, the highest risk of flooding will be across our southern and coastal counties, where there is a Level 3 of 4 (Moderate) risk of excessive rainfall capable of flash flooding through Wednesday.
