SKYWARN Storm Spotter Training

Warm and muggy, with scattered showers or storms, mainly west of I-45.

Tonight will be slightly cooler and less humid. Expect lows in the mid-60s to low 70s inland, and in the mid-to-upper 70s along the coast.

A cold front arrives Friday, bringing breezy conditions and scattered coastal showers and storms ahead of the boundary. Drier, cooler weather takes over behind the front.

Thursday stays warm and muggy with a few/spotty showers before a cold front ushers in fall-like weather from Friday through the weekend. Expect coastal showers and thunderstorms on Friday along the front, followed by drier conditions through Sunday. Rain chances return on Monday.

Strong winds and building seas are expected in the bays and over the Gulf behind a cold front late Friday into Saturday. Increasing chance of gale conditions.
