Hurricane Helene Expected to Rapidly Strengthen Over the Gulf of Mexico

Helene has intensified to hurricane-strength, and is expected to bring life-threatening storm surge, surf and rip current conditions, and damaging hurricane-force winds to Florida and the Southeast.
