Severe Thunderstorms in the Southern High Plains Saturday; Coastal Flooding in the East

Scattered severe thunderstorms are possible Saturday afternoon into early evening across parts of the southern High Plains. Damaging winds, large hail, isolated tornadoes, and heavy to excessive rainfall are possible.
